Welcome to the jany9 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jany9 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each registered member ("you", "user") who uses its services.

Account Registration & Management

To register an account on jany9, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may operate only one account.

Single Account Policy

Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If jany9 identifies more than one account under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all earned bonuses will be forfeited.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. All activity carried out from your account will be considered your own. Sharing your password with anyone or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jany9 may request documents to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents upon request may result in withdrawal suspension or temporary account closure. This process is carried out to ensure platform security and prevent fraud.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the jany9 support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jany9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial services.

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. jany9 does not accept any payment method other than these four.

3.1 Minimum Limits

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (the same for every payment method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
  • Typical withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

3.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits must be made only from a mobile number registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. If this condition is violated, the relevant amount will be returned and the bonus may be cancelled.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account identity verification is complete and that the wagering requirements of any applicable bonus have been met. jany9 may take additional time to verify unusual transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

jany9 offers attractive bonus offers for its members. However, all bonuses are provided under specific terms and conditions, and bonuses cannot be withdrawn unless those conditions are met.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 gives a ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotion applies only once per individual, household, or device.
  • jany9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If misuse of bonus benefits or fraud is detected, all bonuses on the relevant account will be cancelled.
  • A withdrawal may be requested before a bonus wagering requirement is met, but doing so will result in the bonus being cancelled.

Gaming Rules

All games on jany9 are operated using platforms from third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). Each game has its own rules, which are displayed on the relevant game screen.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

If a technical error or disconnection causes the outcome of a game to be uncertain, jany9 reserves the right to void that bet and the wagered amount will be returned to the user's account.
